This third pitfall is so important, that I am going to give it a little extra treatment in this letter.
Here me out: You can have an incredible marketing tool or business strategy on your lap, but it won’t yield the results that you need (and in-fact, even harm your progress) if you implement it too early, or too late.
The right strategy, in the right order, at the right time.
And the right order is determined by your business stage, or "Star Type".
Examples? Coming up with a product before doing your “Sweet Spot” research. Launching a podcast in the wrong stage of your business. Setting up a sophisticated list building strategy before identifying your FOUR avatars and knowing which is your most profitable. Bringing in an influx of customers without having the proper infrastructure to handle them and ensure they are given the best, most caring treatment. Outsourcing too early, or too late.
One false step taken (without the roadmap to correct you), and things could quickly snowball out of control, and you will overwhelm yourself and potentially find yourself back to square one.
